Description from Nathaniel
Giving up is never easy, but we've spent the past 20 years looking for a non-destructive way to fix this U.S. Fountain Pen Co. Victor. The old hard rubber section and barrel broke while trying to give it a new ink sac. It is a really interesting sterling silver telescoping pen. We left it unpolished to better show the notches where it telescopes. It filled with a lever that is still intact. Patent date on it is from June 24, 1919. We assume the "Victor" name had to do with the euphoria of winning WWI. The initials R.B. are on the cap. This U.S. Fountain Pen Co. Victor is an interesting piece of unrestored history. Sold as is.
