A hand signed autograph photo of President Truman signing an amendment to the Displaced Person Act. The amendment allowed tens of thousands of immigrants to enter the US. The photo is accompanied by the dipping pen Truman used to sign the Act, and is accompanied by a letter authenticating the pen on White House stationery.
