Description from Nathaniel

Behold the horological majesty of the Montblanc 7016 Watch. Talk about items we are going to regret selling. This beautiful timepiece features a 25-jewel Swiss movement with time, a second hand, day/date and tachymeter features. As an automatic watch, it winds itself. However, if you've been a bit sedentary, you can wind the center crown to the left and add more tension to its spring. Our Montblanc 7016 Watch stuns with its black dial and golden accents. The case is marked stainless steel, but it looks gold. You will see a lot of light surface wear on the case, BUT the crystal is really clean and clear on both sides of the watch. We wore this bad boy for a couple days to make sure it still keeps good time and that all the features work. They do. You even get its original leather watchband. As we are not watch specialists, we did not oil, regulate or adjust this watch in any way. Sold as is, but everything seems to be working really well.

At a quick glance this looks like an authentic sterling silver Mont Blanc Classique, but MB never paints its logo on the…

Name that Logo

It isn’t uncommon for folks to write in asking what type of pen they have. I look at it as a fun challenge to i.d. the pen. Unless it is an old Victorian era pen, I usually do okay figuring out who made it. For a brief period in the 1970s, Mont Blanc changed its…
