Looking for a large vintage pen that is rarer than rare? Check out our Tibaldi Penna del Dottore! There are fewer than a dozen of these known to exist. Ours comes complete with its original box! What makes this pen special is that it comes with a thermometer that remains whole and intact. Its a large pen with a stunning gold-filled cap and barrel sleeve. Unscrew the section to fill the pen with an eyedropper. Unscrew the tail to extract the thermometer. Be careful, as this is a vintage mercury thermometer. Being Italian, the temperature reads in centigrade. Our Tibaldi Penna del Dottore sports a 14k gold nib that writes with a little flex and feedback. We highlight the pen's blemishes in the photos. There aren't many. This is truly a stunning writing instrument worthy of a museum.
