Description from Nathaniel

We love it when modern pens go for a vintage pen look. To celebrate the company's 100th anniversary, the Montblanc 100 Anniversary pens were designed to look like old-fashioned "safety" pens that were similar to the earliest Mont Blanc pens. This ballpoint pen saw a little use and has some light wear...minor scuffs and shallow scratches. Numbered 24398 of 45000, our preowned pen remains in excellent working order. You get a working blue ballpoint refill loaded in the pen. The Mont Blanc 100 Anniversary pen is an excellent writing instrument for collecting or daily use. Its vintage design definitely makes it a conversation starter. 12.8cm.

It isn’t uncommon for folks to write in asking what type of pen they have. I look at it as a fun challenge to i.d. the pen. Unless it is an old Victorian era pen, I usually do okay figuring out who made it. For a brief period in the 1970s, Mont Blanc changed its…
